MCP Server Version Updates & Score Changes

A score is not a permanent property of a server — it describes the version that was scanned. Every time a package publishes a new release, the same deterministic engine re-reads it, and this page shows what that did to the grade. A drop is the signal worth acting on: the new release introduced something the previous one did not have.

One caveat stated plainly: when a row is marked engine also updated, our own scanner version changed between those two scans, so part of the difference is our methodology rather than the package. Rows without that marker are pure package changes.

Open a server to read the individual findings behind its current grade and its full per-version scan history. Servers are re-checked as they publish; nothing here is edited by hand.
