AI-First ERP Configuration Engine for Odoo 18 — CLI toolkit + MCP server

In a packaging/dev/install script (shipped, but not the server runtime) (`scripts/verify_release.py:49`): Spawning a shell/process is command-execution capability; with unsanitized tool input it is command injection / RCE.
